About the Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna w Sosnowcu: The Gustaw Danilowski City Public Library in Sosnowiec (Poland) is the biggest and one of the oldest cultural institution in the city. At present the Library has a chain of 20 branches and makes available over 800 thousand books to 35 thousand readers. The library also organizes various cultural and educational projects – meetings with authors, movie projections, activities for children, arts and crafts exhibitions, etc.
