About the Brunel University Special Collections: Brunel University London is home to a variety of book and archival collections dating principally from the 19th century onwards, which have mostly been collected since the 1980s. They include comprehensive collections relating to transport history (particularly railways), the history of tunneling under the English Channel, and working class autobiographies. Other themes are poetry and dialect, Shakespeare authorship and issues around equality and advocacy (including disability history and anti-apartheid campaigning).
